Biscuit Authority is a small-batch dog treat and chew maker based in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, with products prepared in Nisbet, PA using locally sourced ingredients.

Products and Descriptions

We do our best to describe each product accurately, including ingredients and any Guaranteed Analysis provided. Because our treats and chews are handmade in small batches, minor variations in size, shape, and appearance between batches are normal and not considered defects.

Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline any order.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Square. We do not store your full card information on our systems.
• You’re responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer flat rate shipping at $5.00, with free local delivery available in qualifying areas. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and we’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package leaves our hands. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for what to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Pet Health and Product Use

Our treats and chews are intended for use with dogs as directed on each product’s packaging or listing. Always supervise your pet while they enjoy a treat or chew, introduce new products gradually, and consult your veterinarian if your pet has allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions. Biscuit Authority is not liable for any adverse reaction, choking, or injury resulting from misuse, overconsumption, or a known allergy not disclosed to us before purchase.

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
